The power of Positive vibes can make you or break you!
If you start your day by looking in the mirror and say "I'm gunna kill it today" , you'll most likely kill it! If you wake up like "uggghhh I don't want to go to work today, I dont want to wake up early I'm tired blahhhh". I guarantee you the outcome is different!
I've slowly learned that to stay positive, I have to surround myself with positive people, and of course we all have our days, and it's hard to be happy if its cloudy or rainy. But remember flowers and crops need rain to grow and flourish!
When you surround yourself with like minded people it's easier to be happy, the energy spreads, think about if you were around a bunch of lazy sad miserable people, wouldnt you be miserable too?
Its important to set personal goals, ligit WRITE THEM DOWN! Since joining BMS I've learned when I right goals down on paper, I consistently hit them every time! The more goals you reach the more positive you become because you yourself are literally leveling up. Rising to the occasion, the next step on your souls journey!
The goals you set dont have to be anything Mountain moving, start small and realistic. You'll find as you hit set goals, your next goal will be bigger and better each time. Becoming a better you than you were yesterday.
Surround yourself around people who make goals, share them with eachother, it helps for other ears to hear it. Are they realistic? Are they to vague? "I'm gonna lose weight" -to vague. DETAILS! How much weight? By when?. Non realistic "I'm gonna lose 100lbs in a month" no your not. What are you going to do to get there and maintain it!?
A goal I set last year was that I wanted to go to Hawaii this year. I wrote it down. I'm going in November with my family and I'll be there for my Birthday!!. I'm like so pumped that its becoming real!
Positive vibes, positive life, you can get through anything in life if you try and stay positive, be kind, spread the positive energy, karma comes back around! Set goals and literally LIVE YOUR DREAMS! It's all possible, wrote it down, out it out into the universe. The Universe is on your side!

I underestimated what it takes to balance being a working mom; how difficult it can be to balance parenthood and a job. It takes hard work to be a working mom - never mind, a self-employed, working mom that owns her own business. I will tell you right now, it is NOT easy. Sure, it looks like I have it all together, but in reality, I forgot the whole diaper bag, yesterday 😂.
I have slowly learned that the number one factor in maintaining a healthy home life and work life is balance. Remembering, family comes first - ALWAYS. When you are a part of the daily grind, or the hamster wheel of life, you can lose sight of the most important things, and people, in your life. We work to support ourselves and our family, and not losing sight of the “WHY”, is key!
Planning is EVERYTHING.
I am not a planner, but I’ve had to learn to be better at it for a few reasons. First, my business revolves around an appointment book. Second, if I don't schedule things into my daily life, it's easy to forget and/or things just don't get done.
Everyone says to set a reminder. Easy for them to say. Can I set a reminder to set a reminder ? Ha!
Being a mom and business owner, every free moment I have is valuable, especially when my daughters are growing up right before my eyes. In fact, I'm looking to hire a cleaning lady! Instead of spending hours cleaning the house, this will allow me to spend quality time with my kids!
Of course, I will continue to pick up after myself and I am teaching my kids to clean up after themselves, but we are so busy at times that the place can look like a robbery has just taken place (no robbery, just the laundry that needs to be folded and put away).
At first, I was trying to be super mom. I would spend hours folding the laundry and putting it all away, but then, I found myself getting super frustrated and shooing my girls away until I was done. Then, it dawned on me, this is NOT more important than playing with them. They need my attention more than the stupid socks need to be matched.
Cooking, Meal prep, weekly shopping lists, and my hubby have been a God send. My Advice: find yourself someone that can follow a recipe!
Teamwork literally makes the dream work in our household! I could NEVER imagine doing this alone. One of us always makes sure there is a home cooked meal on the table, and I know that my family appreciates this.
People ask me how I do it. Heres how: I basically asked for this. Our life is crazy, but it is EXACTLY what we want. Sometimes, getting thrown into things is the best way to learn. Sometimes it's a shit show, but you learn from it.
The point I want you to remember is to try not to get caught up in little silly things. Don't waste any time. Family first. Take vacation. Make sure you ALWAYS fill your cup up by being with your loved ones. Fill up the cup of those who fill yours up. It is impossible to pour from an empty cup.
Balance is key to a healthy life.
I'm so blessed to be able to do what I love everyday and I feel like that makes it so much easier.
Having passion about your work is one thing, but never forget to put the same passion into your family life too.

Loss.
So many people want to know, is there life after death? If there is, what type of life is it? Is there a heaven or a hell?
Death is the Tomorrow that awaits us all, the inevitable that none of us can escape.
But is that it? Is there anything more?
Someday you'll be just a corpse. They'll bury your body in the ground. Or burn your body and put your ashes in an urn. The big question is, Will I still BE after that? Will there still be a conscious ME somewhere? Is there really life after death?
In truth, we probably all hope there is something that comes after. Maybe in the smallest recesses of our minds, we are planning on it as a means to cope with the fear of death and/or the loss of a loved one.
Loss is a scary thing for anyone. When we experience loss it tends to be such an emotional burden on our souls. Even if we ‘expect it’, one can never fully prepare for the finality of it all. We always want one more day or one more moment with that individual. We have a longing to reunite with our late loved one.
What if society has conditioned us to feel that way? Many people say that death is only difficult for the living. Whatever your beliefs are, we can all agree that we want answers to these questions. Why did we lose our loved one? Will we see them again? Think about that for a moment, and try to see it from a different perspective.
What if that person, that soul, was placed on Earth for a reason? And if so, what is the reason? Were they taken from us because they finished their job here and is it now their time to move on to the next phase of life? Or even, time to move to their next life? Is it now their time to guide us on OUR journey?
Okay, so you might not agree with all I’m saying, and I sure as hell don’t have all the answers, but I truly believe there’s more to life and it’s purpose than we see.
So, let me ask you this: how do YOU cope with loss?
Do you believe in ghosts? No, not the sheet-wearing, Casper look a likes. I mean, spirits.
Have you ever felt a "spirit"?
I believe I have. In fact, I have particular spaces In my home where I feel that someone or something is "watching over me".
Is it all what you believe? There are so many "what ifs", and so many unanswered questions.
Have you ever been going through a difficult time or contemplated a tough decision and didn’t know what the right choice would be? Have you thought about something that would alter your life forever, and all of a sudden you are swayed towards one path over the other? Well, I believe that’s your spirit guide.
If you feel like ‘it's a sign’, it is. Don’t ignore it. This is from your protectors, your loved ones.
Say Hello.
Let me share my experience: there will be times (many of them) when I get these feelings, usually in my car and I know I’m being watched over. This is probably because I've been known to be a crazy driver. I also feel very guided when I’m in my kitchen. I always feel something in my kitchen, specifically while I'm cooking or washing dishes.
Let me explain.
At these moments, there may be certain songs, colors, or even signs in my own children. I welcome these messages, and you can too.
Have you ever experienced this? Do you have a certain place or places where you feel like you’re being visited? Do you know who it is?
Share your stories with me, I LOVE hearing other people's experiences!
For those of you that have been following me for a while, you know this but some don't. I've had the pleasure of knowing and loving two young and beautiful souls that were very near and dear to my heart, and some may say these individuals passed too soon.
Of course, selfishly, I would’ve rather them stay around longer too, but I truly believe they were both needed for a higher purpose.
Each of these individuals touched so many people's lives, in incredible ways, in the very short time they were with with us. These are my spirit guides. They visit me often, and for that, I am so grateful.
Ironically, i don’t talk about this much, but here I am writing a blog about it. At the moment, this is very hard for me: feeling these feelings.
I know I'm not alone and some of you can relate, but that doesn’t lessen the pain I still feel.
What helps me is to remember that whomever it is, they visit us for a reason, they left this earth for a reason, and although, in the moment it sucks to miss them and it's hard to understand "why", I know why. They are now guiding me through my life on this earth, they are my "Guardian Angels" and I am lucky to have them♡.
Loss is tough. It is really fucking tough. There is a void, of the physical being, and you so greatly want to share every waking moment with them, but the truth is, you still can.
They are still around.
When you miss your loved one who has passed, talk to them out loud, they will hear you!
I know it may sound crazy, but the more you talk to them, the more they will visit.
Whoever ‘they’ is to you, they want to help you finish, whatever it is YOU were ment to do in this crazy life!
I don’t know about you, but I need all they help I can get in this life and i am so grateful for what I have around me and for every soul that has crossed my path.
You are not reading this blog by chance, there is a reason behind this post, meant only for you. There is no such thing as a coincidence, just the signs we need from our guardians.
We are all here for a reason, make it count. When I look back at those two that passed from the physical world, they sure did make their life count in such a short time.
Be your best and most authentic self . Live your life to the fullest! Be the happiest you! Be the Best YOU. Change your perspective.
Avoid saying to yourself “I lost a friend or a loved one”; instead, remind yourself “I GAINED a Guardian Angel” and that’s pretty fuckin cool!
Tell me your story... is someone near and dear trying to come through to you?
