Yes, all extension appointments require non-refundable deposits.

Please show up to your appointment with clean hair— this doesn’t mean you have to wash it the day of your appointment, but please be sure that your hair isn’t 5-days-dirty. Extensions can get matted and tangled easily—it’s a lot of hair! Please make sure you’re showing up to your appointment with tangle free, brushed hair. If you show up with matted and tangled extensions, you will be charged a $40+ fee for the extra time.

The standard is 6-8 weeks. We always ask you if you want to schedule your appointment before you leave the salon!
